In this talk, I\u2019ll share how repeated scope creep does not just affect timelines or invoices. It quietly affects our mental health. Through real-world WordPress project experiences, we will explore how constant context switching, unclear boundaries, and people-pleasing expectations create ongoing anxiety and burnout, even when the work itself is not technically difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n
We will also look at why WordPress projects are especially prone to this problem, and how the platform\u2019s flexibility can unintentionally encourage endless requests. Most importantly, we will discuss practical, human-friendly ways to recognize scope creep early, communicate boundaries without guilt, and protect our mental energy without damaging client relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n
