This year, we’re coming back with a refreshed two-day format focused on learning, community bonding, and real-world WordPress experiences.
WordCamp Kolhapur 2026 will take place on 31st January (Saturday) and 1st February (Sunday) — bringing together students, professionals, agency owners, and WordPress enthusiasts from across the region.
Here’s a detailed look at what’s planned:
Day 1: Student Workshop & Pre-Event Photo Walk
📅 31st January 2026 (Saturday)
🎓 Practical WordPress E-commerce Workshop for Students
Day 1 is exclusively designed for students.
We’re hosting a hands-on practical workshop where students will learn:
- How to build an e-commerce website using WordPress
- Understanding real-world website structure
- Practical implementation, not just theory
This workshop will be led by experienced WordPress professionals:
To attend this student workshop:
- A valid ticket for WordCamp Kolhapur is compulsory
- Once you have purchased your WordCamp Kolhapur ticket, you must submit the workshop registration form linked below
The form submission is mandatory to confirm your participation in the student workshop.
Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops. For those who don’t have one, systems will be provided in the computer laboratory, ensuring everyone gets equal hands-on learning.

This day is purely focused on student learning — there are no sessions for professionals, freelancers, or agency owners on Day 1.
📸 Pre-Event: WordCamp Kolhapur History Photo Walk
🕒 3:00 PM onwards
In the evening, we kick off a special community activity — the History Photo Walk.
This is a 2-hour guided photo walk where participants can:
- Explore the cultural and historical side of Kolhapur
- Capture moments through photography
- Network informally with fellow WordPress community members
Book your spot by filling out the registration form.
💡 Professionals, agency owners, and attendees traveling from outside Kolhapur can directly join us for the Photo Walk, even if they’re not attending the student workshop.
It’s a relaxed, fun way to connect before the main conference day.
Day 2: Main Conference Day

The second day is the heart of WordCamp Kolhapur 2026 — a full-day conference packed with learning, conversations, and community energy.
