About Session
Large WordPress projects often involve multiple stakeholders, evolving requirements, distributed teams and tight timelines. Without a clear structure, such projects can quickly become difficult to manage, leading to delays, rework and communication gaps.
In this session, I will share practical learnings from my experience structuring and delivering medium to large WordPress projects in agency environments. The talk focuses on how project structure influences planning, execution and team collaboration, especially when requirements are not fully defined at the start.
Attendees will learn how to break down large projects into manageable phases, define responsibilities across team members and establish processes that support clarity and accountability. The session will also cover common challenges faced during large WordPress implementations, such as scope changes, dependency management and coordination between development, design and stakeholders, along with approaches that have worked in real projects.
This talk is intended for WordPress professionals involved in project planning or delivery, including developers, project managers and team leads, who want to improve predictability and execution in larger WordPress builds.
