Based on my experience working across content, support, documentation, presales, marketing, and product teams over the years, this talk will explore the many non-developer roles that power the WordPress ecosystem. We’ll look at how students, freelancers, professionals, and business owners can find their place, how everyday skills translate into real opportunities, and will try to share practical ideas on what people can get into and how—based on what they already know and enjoy doing.
