Welcome to WordCamp Kolhapur 2026. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Purchase:

    • Tickets are non-transferable without prior permission from the organisers.

Code of Conduct:

    • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Detailed Code of Conduct

Changes to the Event:

    • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, and location if necessary.

Liability:

    • The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

Photography and Recording:

    • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes.

Refund Policy

No Refunds:

    • Please note that all ticket purchases for WordCamp Kolhapur 2026 are non-refundable. Ensure you can attend the event before purchasing your ticket.

Event Cancellation:

    • If WordCamp Kolhapur 2026 is cancelled by the organisers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Processing Refunds:

    • Refunds for event cancellations will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation announcement.
