Things you should know as a sponsor
- As a sponsor, you are responsible for your standees’ ownership, booth creatives printing, and transport.
- Swags/flyers/brochures to be included in the attendee kit must be sent out to us at least 15 days in advance. Anything later than that may not be included.
- Each sponsorship level has a set of regular tickets allocated for them. Any additional tickets should be purchased at regular rates from the website. Purchased tickets will come with Attendee badges. We offer limited Sponsor badges specified to your package.
- Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee sponsorship. You are requested to apply as a Sponsor as soon as possible, so we can book the spot for you.
- Form submission acknowledges that you have read & agreed to the ‘Code of Conduct‘.

Quick pointers
- We won’t be offering demo slots / speaker slots as part of sponsorship package.
- No attendee data will be shared with any sponsor. They can however suggest attendees to voluntarily fill in their details, sign up for products or services at their sponsors booths.
