Over time, she got the opportunity to encompass diverse roles, including content writing, video creation, copywriting, customer support, email marketing, and technical writing for several WordPress products.

Panelist: V Gautham Navada
Gautham Navada is a tech entrepreneur and the Founder & Director of ForthFocus, a leading web solutions agency based in Kundapura, Karnataka. With over a decade of experience in WordPress, Gautham transitioned from a blogger to running a successful digital agency that serves clients across 8 countries. His work includes high-profile projects, such as websites for the Karnataka State Government and NIMHANS.
Gautham is an active contributor to the WordPress community, particularly within the Polyglots team, where he helps make WordPress accessible in multiple languages. He has spoken at and sponsored several WordCamps, reflecting his deep commitment to the WordPress ecosystem.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Gautham is an avid traveler, having explored more than 6 countries, and enjoys combining his love for technology with entrepreneurship.
Panelist: Meher Bala
Meher is the COO (Chief Operating Officer) at KDC and a Codeable Expert.
She is a front-end developer, specializing in WordPress. She takes care of building and maintaining premium websites for her clients and delivers them within tight deadlines. A strong communicator, and highly motivated, Meher is equipped with a sharp understanding of business.
She has worked with multiple brands, and agencies to build their dream website for over 15+ years.
Along with a creative flair for design and aesthetics, she also has an analytical bent of mind that makes her a distinguished talent from the crowd.
Apart from her remarkable talent for understanding clients and delivering the best to her clients, she is also highly motivated, organized, and proactive.
She contribute back to the WordPress software as a WordCamp Mumbai organisers, speaks at multiple WordCamps and also a part of marketing team for WordPress 6.3 and 6.4.
Panelist: Tarun Parswani
Tarun is a seasoned Product Manager at StoreApps, steering the development of a suite of powerful WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, including Smart Coupons, Affiliate for WooCommerce, Smart Manager, and many others. With more than a decade of experience in product management and SaaS, he’s a passionate data nerd who enjoys diving deep into SQL, NoSQL, and everything in between.
A problem-solver at heart, Tarun has successfully tackled some of the most complex optimization challenges for StoreApps customers, with a wealth of tricks up his sleeve for creating high-performance plugins.
When he’s not analyzing data or brainstorming innovative features, you’ll find him riding bikes, cycling, or discovering creative ways to merge his skills and hobbies.
